a 4g93 story ... part 8



moving on to the next part, cylinder head is being dismantle, block wall shows there is no visible scratch or watsoever. a lil bit clean up and a new cylinder is ready to be drop in. in dis stage, no hi-comp piston is being used (most people r using 4g92 sohc piston). why?..hehehe..ade la, 60mm throttle body is polished, and the gsr intake manifold oso being match-port....others,hmm.. a 0.8mm metal gasket will be used tho..



after few days looking for de 4g93p camshaft..at last...i've found it..previously, lots of seller offering at a ridicoulous price.. hmm..probably due de camshaft is hard to find..a 4g91,92 or 93 turbo hv a different lift..thus..i need to use back de stock 93 cam. remember, i'm not going to use any high-cam in dis project...jz to see how many kuda kepang will be thrown out down to the dyno roller.



at last, de car wuz done..yesterday..perfectly running smoothly now..the response now is totally different..should i say...best gilew!..lolx...haha..everything is ok..jz i need to get dat exhaust piping done..which in few minutes from now..i'm off heading to Klang..wuhuu..c ya..
