a quick update on the last event, sorted out the problem with handling, able to get better timing now, alho few hiccups during shifting up the gear (sangkut la 2nd gear), its already being rectified for this upcoming event on 25th Dec 2010 (perghh.. Christmas tu bai game)..

oh yah, during the run, a slightly blue smoke appeared, hmm.. after being hard driven for more than 4 years .. i supposed new setup will be commenced for 2011.. till then hoping it will survive for this final round on Christmas before major overhaul on this little 4G15 12v motor ... (finger cross!)

Touch Screen Control in Powder Coating

SPECIFICATION:

Ø       Speed: 0-30 Mt. /Min (Infinitely Selectable)

Ø       Minimum Stroke: 100 mm

Ø       Standard Stroke Length : 1200 mm, 1500 mm, 1800 mm, 2000 mm, 2500 mm.

CONTROL:

Analog: Operator sets both speed and stroke separately for each type of job.

Digital: New Touch Screen Graphics Display & Control.

Ø       Pre-Set Points: Any speed & stroke selectable, ninety nine (99) Pre-Set programmable points.

Ø       Multi Speed: Three multi speed settings selectable along the main stroke. Speed can be different in various lengths of the same stroke.

Ø       Can be integrated with "Magic Eye" powder optimization hardware, so gun spray is triggered only during presence of work piece.
