60mm Throttle Body

what?
a small size of potato engine using a big 60mm throttle body? kinda retarded rite?lol..
its been a while i've been keeping this TB, waiting for the right moment to fit it. It started to rain after i removed 6 bolts to dismantle the intake manifold...darn...a lil bit delay...!!!,

i bought this TB which is for a Mitsubishi/proton 6a12, a v6 type engine. ISC is being removed and i've ordered a block off plate. the intake manifold is being bored to match the 60mm TB which COST ME A LOT than the price of that TB..!!!..talking bout aluminum stuff eh?..it wont be cheap, since i dun hv the proper tools to get it done by myself.

previously, i wuz using 54mm TB from a 4g93 motor, the response is great, everything is fine. jz i wuz keen to know if there is anything gain from a 60mm TB. so..the result..i lose the response..its not crispy as it use to be..3000rpm - 7500rpm is jz a flat response.. :(...but still, its untune, so will get it tune and hopefully the result will be better(maybe)..or..i'll jz revert back to 54mm TB.. :P

Samco...The Beginning...

Samco Sport, a leading manufacturer of hose for performance automotive applications. The company earned its spurs supplying hose to Formula 1, rally, and Superbike racing, and currently makes hose for a wide variety of street vehicles. Samco Sport also produces universal-fit straight, elbow, tee, and coupler hose for custom plumbing jobs. (sound exactly in those magazine advertisement rite? lol)

wuz in the office today till i received a call from my dad, asking few things regarding intercooler hose for his car. since i finished my work early, went to AlpineSpeed in Sunway and bought 45mm, 54mm and 51mm (5 pieces all together). They are friendly too...Price?...hurmmm...skip it...

the red Saga is entering the final stage, which is getting the intercooler piping hook up properly, of course Samco is just for an eye candy purpose..lol...

hope the installation will be finished by next week, can't hardly wait to get it tune up...end..

When Abe Meets Jaafar...

After tired asking/enq. from few of my friends, googling, magazine, i finally (after YEARSS..!) bought a 2" JFA stainless steel piping ( 1 of the well known exhaust specialist in Sunway) from a forummer which is in great condition i must say.

later, saw 1 of the forummer selling a Tanabe Super Medallion exhaust, and i can't resist to get it for myself. how lucky of me that the exhaust is still available,yesss..! a lil bit scratch but it wouldnt be a problem. i can't hardly wait to get it install with JFA 2" piping and feel the result.

info that i've found "
The Universal Tanabe Tuner Medalion features inlet sizes ranging from 60mm to 80mm and comes in two trims, the Tanabe Tuner Medalion Racing and the Tanabe Tuner Medalion Hyper. The Tuner Madalion Racing incorporates a rebuildable core and comes with a removable inner muffler silencer. Both trims feature Advantex internal muffler packing material for extremely high flow characteristics and a greater reduction in noise levels. To ensure maximum durability, every Tanabe Tuner Medalion is made from exceptionally high grade SUS304 Stainless Steel and meets all ISO9001 standards."

BMW M Tech 1 Rear Decklid Spoiler for Proton Saga?!

After making few search about BMW E30 rear decklid spoiler through Google, it turns out that my spoiler (recently bought it) is actually a M Tech 1 Rear Decklid Spoiler meant for 318is, 325es, and 325is models.
Unlike a factory 318is, 325es, and 325is, where "S" denotes the sport model which only came in two door form which can be easily recognized by its SMALL rear decklid spoiler. (pics below)

To be honest, I'm not into bodykits but somehow, I do not why on earth did I bought this thing..!!! lolx... most of Proton Saga "kipas susah mati" owners will after for this kind of spoiler which is hard to find nowdays. Not to mention the current market price is also insane! (notes, its a USED ITEM) but still those farker outside there (including me???lol) will hunt for it.

I haven't got the time to fit the M Tech spoiler, so I'll update my blog later once got it installed. For the time being, found few pics of E30 using M Tech spoiler.
